Private Medicals

We offer a full range of Private Medical Examinations and Certificates including:

• HGV/LGV Medicals (D4)
• PCV Medical (Bus, mini-bus)
• Fork Lift Truck Medicals
• Taxi Medicals
• Travel Visa Medicals (e.g. China, Canada, Kuwait, Saudi)
• Fitness to Fly
• Pre-employment Medicals
• Sports Fitness Medicals

These examinations can be booked in advance and you will normally receive your signed certificate at the same time. If you require special tests such as an ECG, X-ray or blood and urine tests then these can be arranged for you at the same time. Most tests are preformed in our clinic except for X-rays which are done across the road at the hospital (500m away).

Please bring the following with you:

• Your ID
• The form you want us to complete (e.g. D4)
• Any relevant medical information about yourself e.g. what medicines you are on
