Reflexology

Reflexology uses gentle pressure on precise points on the feet, ankles and hands that influence corresponding parts of the body, soothing away tension. During an hour’s treatment, circulation, energy flow, nerve and glandular systems are stimulated to help restore the body’s own natural balance by helping to eliminate toxins, encouraging the body to revitalise itself.

The following problems can respond favourably to Reflexology:

• Headaches
• Aches and pains
• Sports injuries
• Digestive problems including IBS & constipation
• Sleep disorders
• Fluid retention
• Arthritis
• Mild depression
• Sinusitis
• Fatigue
• Pre-menstrual tension
• Fertility problems
• Asthma
• Stress-related conditions
